Then your subconscious mind will send you:

  • A sensation,
  • A word or intuitive knowing.

The subconscious mind isn’t logical — whatever comes first is often the key to deeper insight.

3. Processing and Healing

Instead of pushing emotions away, we feel them fully so they can be released.
By bringing hidden pain into the light, profound healing can occur.
Clients often leave the session feeling lighter, calmer, and more at peace.

All sessions are completely confidential.
You only share what you feel comfortable sharing, and everything stays in the session.
