Introduction

This story was shared by a client who wanted to help others going through similar struggles.
He experienced intense anxiety when speaking in groups, whether it was during work meetings, presentations, or public speaking.

The Root Cause

During hypnotherapy, we explored the subconscious mind and uncovered two impactful childhood memories:

Classroom humiliation
As a child, he was once asked to talk about a topic he knew nothing about.
Standing in front of the class, he felt deeply embarrassed and helpless as the teacher left him there without support.

Strict home environment
His history teacher would often call on him when he wasn’t prepared, resulting in bad grades.
At home, his strict father reacted harshly, reinforcing his fear of failure and judgment.

The Transformation

Through hypnotherapy, we processed and released the emotional pain connected to these memories.
As the session progressed, he began to feel lighter and calmer.

By bringing these old wounds into the light, his anxiety significantly decreased, giving him new confidence and peace when speaking in groups.

Conclusion

Hypnotherapy can help uncover the hidden roots of anxiety.
When past emotional experiences are processed, they no longer control the present — opening the door to greater freedom and confidence.
